Not quite.
The area of a circle is PI x (d/2)^2. You left out the squared .... so
piston face area = (3.11/2 x 2.54)^2 = 53.2 cm^2
displacment then becomes 2.52 Liters or 153.8 in^3
Why more HP I still haven't a clue!
