Yeah my first thought was pad rub, possibly a bad mount. I ripped them all off and cleaned with carburator cleaner and sprayed WD40 on them and the pads seemed to move nicely on them. I dont think it's the pad mounts.

Driveshaft. The noise does vary with speed. What are some objects the driveshaft could rub on? It's not hitting the hub or dust shield. I ripped it completly out of the hub, didn't notice anything unusual, but then again, dont really know what to look for when it comes to driveshafts. Any thought?

Dont think power stearing can cause a sqeal, unless it's the pump running dry. Just my thoughts.
