Yes, it has all the instructions and even comes with a small tube of anti-seize for each sensor. As stated above, it's your call, whether or not you want to solder. Thing is, it's best to solder on the car, if you use the spliceable version, since it's a bad idea to disconnect the connector for this purpose. Best just to snip the wires as close to the sensor as you can, then, remove it. Install your new one and then, do the splicing.

Interesting that you had trouble, Victor. Of course, I didn't e-mail them, I just filled out their online order form and, in two days, I had my sensors.
