Does not sound like it is cranking any faster that sounds normal. It sounds like it really wants to start but it just wont. I am checking the codes later on today.

Yes all of the lights came on, like they do when the key is turned on. The fusable link is intact I checked fuses and all last night. I do know the cam pulley is in need of replacing.
