The power steering belt could be off and the timing belt may be loose, or it could be too tight ect. but I agree with this guy just let us know what the codes say and all will be easier :)

Check the belts.
Check fuel pump/ground.
When all the lights come on and the car stalls that to me means timing belt/power steering belt failure. It's happened to my 94 twice.
