That's exactly it!!! if the car sits for 12 or more hours, there's a chance of it happening and if the cars already warm and you start driving it, then problem NEVER happens.

I haven't done my research about vac lines but can they cause a low idle intermittently?
I don't think it's the coils...

It might be too cold where you are, but it's really easy to take out all the seats and store them inside your house for however long you like.
