Re: Where is Nate?

Re: Checked the oil and now it won't start

Just gonna put this out there, If you haven't replaced the coolant temperature sensor in any amount of time that you can remember, I'd start there. Typically defaults to reading "hot" and won't put...

Re: Master Cylinder Brace

From a Business standpoint, there isn't money to be made. Might sell about 5. And as stated, the SVX firewall structure AND thickness is much more robust (as is just about everything) compared to all...

Re: Cars just abandoned on side of road

In Dubai, and many other Middle eastern countries, there is no such thing as bankrupcy and walking away from debts. So when the market went to crap a few years back, they abandoned cars on their way...

Re: Mouse Belts on a '94?

It was only 94 LE models (all FWD and base) that retained auto belt and single airbag. They were all the first production runs of 94 and only offered in Laguna Blue and Barcelona Red (same colors...

Re: New poll: Reading 17 date change

What happened to Reading being about tradition? Leave it the dates it's (almost) always been.

*to further add, the following weekend is the weekend before most college finals. Will likely rule out...

Re: READING 17 date change: POLL

Yep, this is the same as a couple years ago. Many of the long term members have other things going on, and a majority that vote for the later date didn't show up anyway...

Re: MAF sensor swap question

You also risk burning a valve from running lean along with cat converter failures. Which only show up after prolonged running.

Re: 2015 Dragon Meet

Bobby, we'll see how I manage through this month and first half of June. Worst case it's on my list next year and should be with an SVX, or perhaps the GL coupe I'm building. Or maybe both if I find...

Re: MAF sensor swap question

An EJ MAF should only be used for diagnostic. It does not measure the air properly ratioed for the SVX ecu and will run the car lean. This is bad for long term use. So, to confirm yours is bad, and...

You have to specify them when you order. (they're an add-on option) And also are able to specify any length you wish.

*or at least were. Perhaps things are different now but I doubt it.

Re: New guy needs advise for a 4.44:1 VTD build

Re: Small Car Tacoma?

I would stay away. Every single one that I've seen has had cracked transmission mounts. Their mount solution is also subpar even aside from that as it calls for welding brackets onto the unibody...
