That was actually easy. Leave off the throttle body clamps until you get the hoses and intake completely in position. They can be the last things put on. Spray a good bit of WD40 on the hoses and...

The vacuum hoses connect on the back side of the Y-part of the tube.

I honestly don't know who originally designed this--I think it was a combination effort. I just know where I bought it.
