I have read and ordered the two plugs to change when resealing when doing the water pump and timing belt. I am also replacing the camshaft seals and crankshaft and resealing the oil pump.

I searched and see that I need to pry off the oil pump which is secured with sealant and then need to reseal with ultra gray RTV.

The right sprocket looked fine. The outer portion doesn’t have a ring and the inner was still intact.

.It looks like the ring is the same size of the camshaft sprockets and may have came off the driver’s side outer part of the sprocket.
The problem is if it did it would have covered the timing tick...

I ordered a GMB kit from eBay with the timing belt, idler pulleys and tensioner pulley. Hopefully they are good quality. I ordered a Subaru OEM water pump and is still waiting for it to ship. ...

Ground wire beneath battery?

Check the ground wire just forward and on the bottom of were the battery sits. I had the same lights when the ground was loose/with corrosion. Also check the battery terminals.
