Yes, I was wondering if the key tip was worn and needing replacement, or normally shaped with a rounded tip.
I will look into replacing it.

Does the key look OK like it is? Do I need to replace it?
I can replace the pulley with minimal disassembly, but I think I would need to perform further teardown and remove the timing...

My crank pulley came loose and this is what the pulley and crank and key look like. I think the pulley needs replacement as the keyway looks worn. How does everything else look? Is this the way...
