Normally you would find all SVX parts listed at www.subaruparts.com but I'm looking there and can't find the belt. Anyone else know what category it's under?

Replacing is done simply by loosening...

No A/C belt would be an obvious problem :D

Changing the belt isn't hard and doesn't need too many tools. You should be able to do the job yourself in less than 30 mins.
