I can't say for sure, but I think you'd need to drop the rear portion of the factory exhaust.

The rear portion of the drive shaft should be covered by a heat shield between it and the exhaust...

My crank pulley is aluminum. (I had the slippy pulley issue years ago and got the aluminum one instead)

No squealing or other issues... It seems like I get a small bit of boost but not nearly...

Update-
Shifter linkages extended today, took a couple tries to get it perfect and centered in the AT shifter trim opening..

Picked up a 2000 Outback MT drive shaft, so that will save a lot of...
