I was wondering about that. It would seem to put a whole bunch more of complications to the job. Alot of variables and additional parts to put in.

IMHO your best move would be to get a good lawyer. It will not be cheap but public defender or low end dude will not help you. Or, approach one of your professors and see if they can recommend...
