I had the same problem Keith. I replaced both my O2 sensors and still had a code 32. I know I had too much unburnt fuel out of exhaust because my problem was a dead ignition coil on the right bank....

So Keith, I assume that the small part rests against the inside of the bearing and the inner sleeve which the bolt extends through. Which means that the big side is where the nut is tightened up...

Thanks Dave & Lee. I haven't had time to drop the tray under the engine. Hopefully the nut and washer got "trapped" down there and that will solve my problem.
