The city ended up paying me nothing, they said call your insurance company. As is did not want to have a claim on my record since its claim free after 21 years of driving I decided not to claim it....

Thanks for the compliment. I'll remind you, the only repainted parts was the hood and rear bumper and hinges holding the hood. The rest of the paint is still factory original.
