Disconnecting the battery for 10 min. cleared the codes. I think there must be something wrong with the pin 1 on the block as I couldn't get the codes to clear by using the blue wire to pin 1 and 2...

The last time I replaced a torn boot the OEM wouldn't fit. The shop ended up using a universal boot based on the diameter. It has worked well for 4 years now.

I was thinking of disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. I am assuming that doing that would clear the codes.

I checked the CEL codes. 37, 32 and 23.
37 and 32 are the O2 sensors. 23 is the MAF sensor

I installed the BeckArnley tie rod ends a number of years back. Perfect fit. Have had no problems with them.
