I had seen an article about putting zip ties around brake lines to reduce brake fade and increase burst pressure, does anyone remember this? I can't find it...

I noticed last night in my 92 that when I let off the gas from say 60mph, the revs don't drop down at all. Its close to 2200-2300 RPM at 60mph, and when I let off the gas it slowly starts...

I have read normal idle is ~600rpm, with the AC off, sitting at a light, it is about there, with the ac on, it is a little higher. either way, the idle does not seem low, it just causes vibrations....
