That is correct. Their standards are lower in many cases. I once had a legacy bumper from Japan and there was essentially no crash bar in it at all. Just enough metal to support the structure of...

The SVX Version L is one of only a handful of cars that are approved to be imported for DISPLAY purposes only. It would never be road legal.
