Timing skipped 4 teeth....

Timing skipped 4 teeth. Probably because my dad coasted to the side of the road in DRIVE instead of NEUTRAL.

The one we had in there still cranked it over pretty strong, But I will try a different one later today.
I took a look at the fusible link in the fuse box, and its just an insulated jumper wire....
