I have a 1994 LSi, it says in the manual that it takes 10 quarts of ATF. I have changed the atf more than once and it DOES NOT take that much to fill.

Question tilt steering wheel

I am a new owner of a '94 Barcelona Red LSi. The tilt wheel only locked in the lowest (in my lap!) position. Is that the only setting or is there a mechanical issue here?
