Front/Rear Bumper Repair

My front bumper cover has a couple small holes in it where the previous owner had screwed in their plate. There's a couple "fixed" gouges and dings in my rear bumper cover. They look OK from 20 feet....

Tranny Fluid Level
Drained the fluid from the plug on the bottom. Got about 6 quarts out.
I've put 4 quarts back in and the stick already says it's full if it was hot.
Has the fluid just not cycled through?

Body Parts
I bought mine used from a lady in Oregon.
I guess out there they use cinders on the roads in the winter. Due to winter driving I think the cinders pitted the body molding that slightly flares out...
