Question Pads, Rotors, CV Boots or the whole CV shaft.

The Arrival

PWR's rad showed up today. I can see the issue with the cap, its not an issue as cap can be over tightend an 1/8 turn. Backed off to the stop aligns ears of cap correctly.

I have no welding...
