Seems it's moot anyway. Owner won't sell it for less than the price we originally agreed upon and I can't afford to/won't tack $1400.00 onto the asking price.

Ahh.. I wasn't aware of this.. The mechanic mentioned something about the belts that was broken but said it wasn't a safety concern. I just assumed it had auto seatbelts.. I don't know what else...
