Re: Trunk Fuel Resistor

I have not specifically referred to an overall grounding issue. You have not properly followed up on my suggestions. Bouncing from pillar to post will not solve your problem.

Re: Torque Steer

This will not prove that the rear wheels are receiving adequate torque and are being fully driven.

The front wheels should be chocked or resistance applied, while the rear wheels are checked for...

Re: Torque Steer

At this stage nothing definite has been properly defined or tested and much is in doubt. I would advise that the situation is carefully analysed before there is any suggestion towards a costly fault.

The Subaru set-up completely eliminates the...

Re: Who uses their SVX for primary daily driving?

Greetings Ron,

Exactly how have you checked for a parasitic drain as it would appear that this must be your problem and have you used a meter capable of recording fractions of an amp?

Regards,...

Re: SVX Straight line performance

"I have had the TCU ROM upgrade"

Exactly how does this alter the time frame and the sequences in respect of line pressure and in particular, the control of engine torque? I would expect the...

Re: Changing the fuel tank

Re: Changing the fuel tank

A wet and dry vacuum cleaner will be your friend. You could buy one as compared with the work involved in removing the tank.;)

Re: 3.7 / 3.54 rear diff

I would say that the six speed was in the main introduced as a means of meeting a market trend and not be outdone by the opposition. The SVX has a relatively wide torque range and five speeds would...
