The closest to it in a preferred value, would be two 820 ohm 1/2 watt in parallel, if you can't find 1 watt.

The modulated signal from pin c7, does not run through the dropping resistor, shift kit circuit, and plays no part in. It is active only when the box is changing gears, or when the ATF is cold.

This Quote I pinched from "ItsPeteReally", really sums up your post, its worthless without numbers.:D

This is the only bit with numbers, so I work on this.

The circuit is shown here.

What a crappy answer,:) I would expect an answer that has some technical expertize in it, but this is a waste of space.
This is the reasoning that I put forward in suggesting a different value...

Well I have read the whole thread, so may be you could point out, where my " values and calculations are wrong"?

I didn't mean to write more on this thread. I was going to write more on the line pressure itself, but this is an expanded version of this post. Is this what you want?

Not quite the case Dave. No voltage to the A solenoid, leaves full line pressure. The A solenoid is a open drain, activating it reduces the line pressure.

Yes I have related the current flow that is operating in that circuit. The other feed operates independent, of the throttle pressure circuit.

I'll write some on it when I get a chance.

Power light flashing.

Glad you got that sorted out.:D

As far as the flashing light goes. I think this is caused by the resistor that they have used to increase the dropping resistance. The resistance is too high when...

OK lets look at the three connections that are on the switch. There are three pins on the switch, two have a 670 Ohm resistor soldered across them.
Now when the switch is in the switched condition,...

I am not too sure how the kit ended up being wired. The theory is to add to the dropping resistors resistance, to reduce the voltage across the A solenoid, to increase the line pressure.

The way...
