The problem is that I don't know exactly where on the line its leaking from since I cant see the line since its buried under the frame. How can i splice into without...

Unfortunately the leak is coming from underneath subframe or frame. the leak is not directly visible but Im guessing the only place it could be leaking from is the hardline that's burried under car...

So I put the flat side against pulley, and the pulley seizes at times. Is it too tight or is that not the way the washer should go?:confused:

thanks for the info. the pulley needed was the PS/ALT tensioner pulley: Subaru part 34413PA001.
I replaced the pulley and now it doesn't seize anymore, however the pulley still makes a noise almost...

Yes, it happens when press gently or fast

It does it both when warm and cold.

I will report back as soon as I get a day off to do some troubleshooting.

Checked the engine codes and only got code 37 for No.2 Left Oxygen Sensor. Highly doubt the sensor will cause the problem mentioned above.
