I've had her for 13years and enjoyed every moment of it. But with the latest set of problems its time to let her go. Maybe she'll find a good home with somebody here or end up as a parts car.

In the last two weeks i have started hearing strange noises too. Clicking noises while driving in a straight line. Frequency of the noise seems to match the speed (not engine RPM). Noise is worse...

yep, reset and code still comes back.

The only symptom i have is the CEL coming on. The car runs fine and i get around 25mpg. So i'm guessing the EGR valve is never opening. If it was stuck open...

CEL #56 says "EGR valve stuck open/closed". I've taken the whole EGR system apart and cleaned things out, there was a lot of carbon build up. Everything seems to work properly but i still get the CEL...
