I'm having SVX withdrawal!!
So I took my very nice looking, 5 speed 4.11 swapped, in perfect running order, with great sounding exhaust SVX, and stripped the drive train out of it to make it a project car. Then.. stuff...

I used shielding gas for the whole thing. As far as performance it seems to rev a little higher before it falls off the cam but it could be my imagination.
I very happy with the way it sounds...

Yea thats true huh, I bought a new pcv valve awhile back but never put it in.. I guess nows the time. Valve Cover gaskets are proving difficult to find anywhere you guys recommend?

Oil seal problem??
I'm repeatedly having problems with the camshaft and timing cover (front main) oil seals. I got the car with 83,000mi on it, and one of the exhaust cam seals blew out before 100K (I replaced both.)...

Yea I got a factory replacement clutch off E-Bay just to get it on the road and it won't hold at all. The only good thing about it is I'm not going to be able to hurt the tranny with this wussy...

For me.. it would have been alot easier if I had all the right things, the cross member was a biggie. I had to modify the pedals alot more than I thought, other than that it really wasn't too bad....
