It could also be a hydraulic lifter. Try to feel on each side of the engine.
If this is it, it needs more thicker oil or a new lifter.

Are there oil in the servo pump? Is the steering wheel...

The batteri has 12.4V now. It is a good qualit and only one year old.

Before the altinater failed it gave 60 amp right after start-up.
After 30 minutes driving it gave 25 amp.

If you have not done the "Bosch upgrade" it might be time.

Try to give the starter direct power on the solonode (blue wire). If it works you need to insert a relay between the starte and ignition,...

The electrical antannas last approx. 1 year here in Denmark due to the climate. When I bought it there already were an aftermarket electrical antenna in.
A original motor and antenna cost $200,- so...
