Due to constant mechanical problems with my svx I've decided to call it quits and sell the car. I've owned my svx for more than two years now and It's been a love-hate relationship the entire time....

By "no change at all" I meant that it made no difference. It made no changes to the car, my gauge cluster still does not work, my Windows and my sun roof still don't work. I'm sorry I'm being so...

So I hooked up the new speed sensor wiring and no change at all. I really need this car fixed and I am in no way up to date on the wiring of this car. can someone please help me figure this out.

The light comes on right before you start the car, which is normal. Other than that, no. This is starting to really confuse the hell out of me.

Also, I unplugged the O2 sensors today and it didn't run any worse or better, nor did it throw a check engine light. WTF?????

The battery was completely done, luckily it was still under warranty. It also cleared up the idle a little, although the improvement is barely noticeable.:(

I wish I had a 5 speed!!!!!
It's a temporary fwd legacy swap until I can afford a five or six speed swap. Could the starter ground contribute to this kind of behavior?:confused:

Oh, well the car has had that flashing since I bought the car. The check engine light has came on several times but went off shortly after.

When I did the swap I removed only two grounds, the one on the dog bone and the one for the starter. Also, when the car is flashing "power" on startup, is the code the same one that would be flashing...

The only ground I'm not too sure about is the one on the dog bone, It's connected but I'm not sure if It's bolted to the right place though.:o

It backfires from the exhaust. From a dead stop the car hesitates until 2,000 rpm when accelerating, and then drives normally.

List of things I've changed
1. MAF
2. Throttle bodies with all the sensors attached
3. Coil packs
Now it doesn't stumble, but it still backfires!!!!!!
Someone please help me or this car is...

The pump is fine, WHAT I NEED IS SOMEONE WITH A FIRM UNDERSTANDING OF THIS CARS IGNITION SYSTEM TO PAY ATTENTION TO THIS THREAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
