I'm six three and everything moves enough to a point where I can sit extremely comfortable. Just don't pull all the way up underneath traffic signals or you'll have a hard time seeing them.

and is silicone the proper lubricant? it looks like its a thicker lubricant than that. I just took it out and there was a little bit of resistance and grinding when i pulled it off the pin.

Ok, I took a look at the caliper and there is no grinding with plenty of clearance to the rotor.

I am unsure of what the sliding bolt is... Is it the bolt that attaches to the rear of the caliper?...
