Thank you, Blacky. I will have him check trunk light -- hadn't thought of that one. I did ask him to try disconnecting the visors if he is again seeing a drain on the multimeter.

Those blue wires only get plugged in if you are trying to read the diagnostic codes for the engine.

I fixed the problem. Once again, I am my own worst enemy...forgot to hook the coils back up on the passenger side when putting everything back together, and also had two small hoses reversed.
