Do you know if they heated it from the outside or do you have to take the skin off? I am concerned by the raised fold on the lower dent.

Thanks everyone. I'll push for the skin replacement. Talked to the south Florida salvage yard again, he said the bumper was in great shape,.....................except for the peeling paint.:(
