I am in Everett area. Testing required until car is 25 years old. Testing only in urban counties I think. Testing Stations in major cities.

Took a look for myself. Could not find any major oil leakage. Slight oil residue on sides of strut . maybe from when oil was leaking from IRIS valve gasket and elsewhere. Put my finger down into base...

Ok, I know this topic is old. But... I replaced my front struts in Oct 2012. Don"t know manufacture date. Had a flat today and a routine check of tires and brakes and they told me driver's side...

It's the thin LED strip. Seems pretty expensive for a brake light.

My center brake light does not work. Never has. Is the panel supposed to also be lit up when the head lights are on?

Is there a repair available? Or do I need a new rear/center brake light...

33lbs front and 29lbs rear.

Could it be the ABS? She only pulses when pushing it hard. Not panic, but harder than typical cruising braking.

Update - I took it to my regular shop to see what was up.


They put her in the air and all the suspension seemed real tight.

They used a dial indicator and found that the rotors were true.

So the top of motor leak is taken care of. Next issue,

I have new rotors/brakes. Braking and driving very smooth except... At higher speeds, 60 mph or so, i get a slight wobble on the steering...
