Phil,
I just took a hammer and a 3/8 extention and beat the inner lining of my hood a little. After I checked for clearance I touched it up and it's as good as new!!

Electro,
He said they did cut it down, and I believe him. Remember I saw the crate of radiators the second time I went down, but they were shipped unfinished. They did try to correct the problem,...

Clint at PWR
Hey guys I just got back from PWR. Clint took a long look at my radiator and got some ideas rolling. They are thinking about a ring that will fit around the cap after the ears have been cut off. I'm...

Coolers
I don't think they actually have a rating for the cooler. 5 pass just means the amount of tubing in the radiator for tranny cooling. The original is a 2 pass, so we should be getting 150% better...

Thermostat
The thermostat should control the temp, and actually the tranny fluid may warm up faster as it is contact with coolant longer.

Hood
I don't think the heat will be an issue with the paint. The cap on my radiator does not get that hot and it is only the slight edge of the ear that hits. I don't think it will be an issue.

No it is a little off. When I go to take my cap off after hood has moved it I only have to turn it like 1/4 turn and it releases pressure.
