ps, please don't anyone take that as an indication that I'm saying your engine will hold together at those rpms. I've had a stock svx blow a rod bearing on a dyno below 7000 rpm's. There's no way...

Actually I entered dyno information for a stock svx into a shift calculator and came up with the ideal shift points for 1/4 mile drag racing at 7200 rpm from 1st to 2nd and 6800 from 2nd to 3rd. It...
