I have a 96 LSI with the stock transmission. Since late spring it would drop into neutral or into 3rd on its own or with the slightest touch. It would generally do this when I had stopped at a light....

Re: Bertone Concept Car Looks Like the SVX
I saw the lights and the hood line with lots of glass. The way the headlights go all the way across and how the rear lights wrap around in the back. I don't like most of it but I wouldn't mind seeing...

Re: Things are not always as they appear!
Tsssh, none of that bothers me. I will just eat enough gluten to beat the villi in my intestines into never absorbing a thing ever again and eat what I please after that. Of course that may not work...

Re: SAAB goes under
I liked the older Saabs, so many cars seem interchangeable these days. Especially with all the rebranding (Not that the newer Saabs weren't rebadge jobs, but at least they looked diffrent). I had...

Re: Merry Christmas
Yes, Merry Christmas. And in an unrelated historic note; twenty years ago on the 26th the Soviet Union fell and the Cold War ended. I am too young to remember it but I remember seeing old maps with...

Re: Favorite christmass movie
Christmas Vacation, Die Hard, and Babes in Toyland are my favorites. I love the scene where the chemical toilet is being flushed into the sewer. "Merry Christmas! Spitter was full!" (Except it isn't...

Re: real quick question!
Thats probably the best way of getting to the cig lighter. Small hands are best for this project. Make sure you tighten the screw on the back up, the bottle cap and other parts should be on there...

Re: Serpentine belt working its way off
I just had a problem with the main pulley on my crank coming loose. It caused a wobble that tore up a set of belts and caused another to keep falling off before I had it fixed. The fix is only...

Re: Center console totally unresponsive
Yeah the same thing happened to me, the Cig lighter can short out the whole thing. With small hands its an easy fix. Mine came off the whole way and was a pain to get back on. Not the best design for...

Re: little gas tank?
Yeah I have run the tank down so that the needle is buried below E. Tried that a second time and ended up going for a bit of a walk. Since then I fill up when the light comes on. Most fill ups range...

Re: how do you get the cig lighter out?
I made a few mistakes so I edited the old message. Did you check the fuse? I am assuming you did, then I would gather the following tools, Headlamps and small flashlight, Phillips head screw driver,...

Re: spotted in movie
I believe you see a parked SVX in the movie Metro, which was a cop movie with Eddie Murphy set in San Fransisco. It appears after the big chase and is there for all of a second.
