Now fixed - thanks again for the quick response.

Mine appeared to have gotten grease between the contacts causing continuous open circuit and hence light staying on.

1x Center console, door lock/unlock switch
1x Under dash door lock timer

and I have found the circuit to wire them together ----- all I am still...

OK so it looks like the Timer for Door Lock (what ever that is ?).

The module I have is from USA and uses all 8 pins, the mating part on my car only has 3 wires?.

Will try and reverse engineer...
