Re: Magnaflow or Flowmaster??
Actually, I would go with the Hooker Header Aero Chamber Muffler thats a Camaro style like the Flowmaster 80 series and the MagnaFlow. It has chambers like the Flowmaster to control flow direction...

Well, my SVX has 194k and I have owned it since 33k and it still has the original timing belt and water pump which operate fine. I just wish I could say the same for the front seal, cam seals, and...

Makes total sense. Why have more power going to the tranny that isn't going to be put to the ground properly, through the slipping bands in the tranny. Could I just install a multiple throw switch...

torque control for automatics
OK, lets get this straight. If I want to bypass the torque control system with an auto tranny, I would have to disconnect or install a switch between the TCU and terminal #20 on connector B59 to...

255/35R18's
Doesn't that size have a slightly larger overall diameter than stock? I think the 245/35R18 are almost identical to stock. Is your speedo off?

Only recommend running duals with a H or X-pipe. Added a H-pipe later.

Exactly what year BMW's (E46) can be used and which ones fit better? The 3 series or 7 series? What did you pay for the HID parts? Do they have that purpley hue that looks awesome? How does this...

I must say if I was to do the whole exhaust thing over again, I would stick with a single muffler for weight saving purposes. I work at an auto parts store, so in my freetime I am always looking at...

The largest size tire you could run on 18" rims with the correct overall diameter is P245/35R18. Unless the inner and outer fenders are modifed and offsets changed, this would be the one to go...

flowmaster 80 series
Unless you enjoy having your car sound really really loud, I wouldn't go with the 80 series. All it is, is a cross-flow style 40 series, very loud. I would stick with a 50 or 60 series muffler. ...

The best way to cheaply lower your car is to use spring clamps. Two bolt on to each coil and they clamp them down a little. After I installed my stereo in the trunk, the rear end sat a tad bit...
