After looking at the center piece (yes, its a "97" version) it is 75-85% breathable. I can see the condenser and radiator through the piece, I am sure that a 2x8" opening adds some air-flow. Also...

Yes. I have original rims in original grey I can take a few pictures tomorrow. I have 2 extra sets I will check on the condition of all 8 wheels. The worst wheels might have minor paint chipping...
