Front Windsield wiper washer pump/ motor wanted.

That small little critter appears to be inoperable. I'm getting a switched (constant) 12volt on one side of the molex plug terminal. But no noise from the pump.

Need a good: Drivers side plastic splash/ mud Pan/ guard or whatever you call that piece. (Fits in the wheel well. A liner or guard...?)
