4ws problem

4ws not working still! have finished paint and panel, will now look into 4ws problem. could be just a broken wire?
have replaced the control unit... light gone off on dash, but still no go?

got another controller today... plugged it in... light on dash now gone, yay.
hard to tell if wheels steering, certainly not at a standstill, someone said speed sensitive?
feels like it drives...

new owner of 93 svx...jdm, 4ws model.
pulled codes for light on in dash....... says its a blown fuse, but fuse (under hood) is fine. can move rear wheels when powered up (disconnected )...
