I had the same problem Keith. I replaced both my O2 sensors and still had a code 32. I know I had too much unburnt fuel out of exhaust because my problem was a dead ignition coil on the right bank....

Thanks - Today I tore into mine and found the same thing. Pulling that cylinder's injector connector made no difference, but pulling any other injector made a big difference. The problem followed...

So Keith, I assume that the small part rests against the inside of the bearing and the inner sleeve which the bolt extends through. Which means that the big side is where the nut is tightened up...
