Driver seat back position?
 

I recently took my seats out to vacuum and clean the carpet. The left rear of the bracket that bolts in for the drivers seat broke off at some point. I am only bolted in at three points now. Need another bracket or another seat. It wobbles a little when not sitting in it. The main question I have is my seat position is way too far back for my liking. It will not lock in at a more upright position. Has any experienced this. Something need to be adjusted. Don't even want to drive it like this. Any help appreciated in advance.
