Used svx tranny - serial numbers. Help

Thinking about picking up a used tranny off a 94 svx. The guy said the following numbers are on the tranny. There are 2 stickers on the tranny.
TH102ZM1AA-KP** and
323693.

Anyone care to fill me in on what these numbers mean if anything
