Photoshop Request
I've got someone interested in buying a set of rims from the claret that I sold. But he's trying to imagine how the rims would look on a 92 teal and also, with a bronze or gunmetal finish on the wheels. If someone could do this, that would be awesome.
http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._2013150_n.jpg and if it helps at all, here's the only pic that he has of his car online.... http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._3665221_n.jpg Thank you to anyone in advance that can do this.:) |
Re: Photoshop Request
I can do it but if it's gunna look any kind of good u need two pictures of the same angle. It's easiest to get a flat side view of both sides.
BTW for anyone that does know how to do this but doesn't have Photoshop I use gimp. It's free and does most of the things Photoshop does just as easily once you learn it. |

BTW, I read a piece in the current Laptop about Paint.net and just downloaded it. I noticed Gimp at their site as well. How do these compare or are they the same thing? |

Re: Photoshop Request
heh well.. Frankly I SHOULD switch to paint.net since I'm a windows user but some of my systems run linux within which paint.net is not supported. paint.net has a few less features(few and far between) the features you'd miss would be mainly for a heavy user that makes fancy fractals and splash patterns and that **** but it runs much smoother with a much faster startup(gimp can take up to 5 minutes depending on ur system). I just haven't switched over and I have all my brushes and fonts in gimp. Pretty painless but I'm a lazy ass.
LoL at ZMan... well played sir I use that on my cousin and he gets pissed. Well I couldn't find a side shot of a teal in google images and I need the brand+model of the rims or a side shot of nate's with them on it. So if u wanna post a pic with a 90 degree sideshot that'd be perfect. |
Re: Photoshop Request
Here's an example of what I need and something I did in like < 10 mins just for fun.
This side view isn't perfect by any means but I used it. http://i110.photobucket.com/albums/n...X/DSCN0612.jpg This is a pretty good view of the rim I didn't even scale it though I just dragged the corner to fit. http://i110.photobucket.com/albums/n...ggera-17-1.jpg This is the end product for a VERY rough sketch of how it'd look with gunmetal Ultraleggera's http://i110.photobucket.com/albums/n...612WULTRAS.jpg |
Re: Photoshop Request
A more finished version... Ready to do urs whenever... lol

Re: Photoshop Request
I'll see what I can do for finding other pics...
rim... http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._6181472_n.jpg http://i405.photobucket.com/albums/p...g?t=1274044478 It doesn't have to be perfect by any means... just to give him an idea. |
Re: Photoshop Request
See if this works, and I've now added this profile to my album for my for-sale-here '92 Teal

http://imgur.com/T3gsR.jpg I can change the colors however u want I think the bronze is quite a bit to light |
Re: Photoshop Request
Nice work! Could you do one with the original tone? I like the Teal with the light silver wheels, and if I were to keep the Teal, I'd powdercoat mine in the lighter tone.
BTW, that car looks amazing! It's hard to believe everyone isn't all over that did-I-say-it's-for-sale-here treasure! ;) |
Re: Photoshop Request
Thanks a ton guys! He had decided to buy them anyway before seeing pics, but still helps a bunch as I'll be meeting up with him tomorrow.
They are 17's, my bad.:tard: |
