Impreza 2.5RS, Legacy L/GT/Outback, Forrester and SVX.

Impreza 2.5RS, Legacy L/GT/Outback, Forrester and SVX.

So does this mean we can bold on Impreza 2.5/legacy rotors.

Are the oem svx rotors the same size as the formentioned oem rotors on those cars?

I will also as on that thread when I have time to make an account.

I definately need rotors before my next brake change,(ie sometime this year)

What are the advantages of x-drilled vs slotted vs nothing?

I seem to remember spec saying our oem ones are sloted or vented?

The front rotors are vented and the rears are solid.

our front rotors are larger than the rears, right? can we fit front rotors in between the rear calipers? The wheels are big enough, that's no issue.. If the rear caliper won't fit a front rotor, what about hooking up front calipers to the rear brake lines?

I would have to assume they won't fit, since all those other cars you mentioned have a different bolt pattern for the wheels than our cars. Lots of parts are shared among the Imprezas/Legacies/Foresters, but the SVX has few parts in common with any of them, as I understand it.

The rotors off of an Impreza,Legacy or Forrester will not fit an SVX, as Rufus has already said. It is also not possible to put front rotors on the rear because of the drum type e-brake that is inside of the rear disc's.

This post was actually supposed to be within a previous post.

There is an iclub group buy on rotors that will fit a 2.5rs/legacy/ and SVX.

How can they make rotors that fit those cars + svx if they are of different bolt patterns?

Any ideas? Is the iclub just wrong?

That was what I was wondering.
