Transmission Reference Sheet

Sometime in the past few months there was a link floating around that gave a list of Subaru transmission part numbers and their gear ratios.

I thought I bookmarked it when it was posted, but I guess I didn't.
I did a search for transmission gear ratio, and that gave a crap load of pages.

Thanks for your help...

So are you asking for the link and information?

Hocrest 06-29-2005 07:39 PM

Mainly just the link :D

I think it was hosted on the site for that subaru rally/speedshop out in Washington????

TomsSVX 06-29-2005 08:31 PM

Well, I have the link for the 5mt and 6mt transmissions.

Is there a difference in the push/pull trans other than the method of engagement/disengagement like is one hydrolic and the other cable?

TomsSVX 06-30-2005 08:52 PM

well all cable activated are push but some are hydroulic. All pull styles are hydroulic and have potential to engage stronger than push style.
