brakes

Loseing brake flood and cant find where. If i push hard on the peddle at a stop it slowly goes to the floor. Does that mean the mastercylinder is going bad?

I've never seen a Subaru master cylinder, go bad, but if you remove the M/S, and reach into the brake booster and you get brake fluid on your finger/probe, then yes, it's leaking into the booster.

No puddles anywhere?

If you lose the pedal at a stop with the brake reservoir full of fluid, then yes, the master cylinder is probably worn to the point of letting fluid seep past the piston.

I've got a master cylinder you can have for $25 if you need it, located about a half hour from Reading. PM me if you want it.
