Nice meet in indianapolis with MikeInd
 

I went to Indianapolis today and met with MikeInd. I would have taken some pictures but my camera was out of juice from our venture to the zoo today. I acutally stood 3 1/2 feet away from a full grown Tiger, it was cool. But it was a good meet with Mike , and good talk about svx's I hope to do it again in the future. Mike is a really nice guy, and its good to know some one that is close that thinks the same about svx's as I do.
I would like to have a meet in my town Terre Haute if any one would like to come. I dont know when I would just like to gauge interest to see if any one would be interested. Maybe a Spring time IN meet or something.

Terre Haute would be close for me. I'd be willing. Maybe late May, early June? However, the weekend of the 21st of May is out for me. :D

Indy is only two hours away from me (1.5 in the SVX). Let me know when you guys are meeting again.

Interesting. My DeLorme Street Atlas software lists both Terre Haute and Indianapolis as 4.02 hours. 6 of one . . .

Sounds good to me. I'll let you know when we meet again. Also for a larger meet, may and early june sounds good to me.

LOL yeah deming park may be a good location not usually a whole lot of smells where I live, which is on the east side not far from the intersection of u.s.40 and u.s.46.

Sweet. Looks like it could be a good turn out just le t me know what time would be good for everyone and I'll try to get something going, maybe call a park and reserve a shelter or something like that.

How does May 29th sound. I would like to find a good date for everyone so I can reserve a shelter at the park, or at least have a date to plan on.

hmm 29th or 22nd I dont know? I think 29th will be the best for me but I'll see who else posts and try and narrow it down afterwards. Leaning toward the 29th since some will already be close by I plan to have it in Deming park on fruitridge ave. Terre Haute In. Again I think I'll narrow it down to what is most convienient for everyone. It looks like it could be a good turn out. I'll also have to think of some stuff for us to do cruising, eating, chatting etc.
